This is really a poor description of an issue :-(

I could not understand anything out of your description if the issue was not reported already. Only with the help in the other report I could guess that you speak about the same issue :-)

This is duplicate report. Please check my respond in the other thread here:

You're kidding, aren't you?

Do you like to tell me that neither you or the staff behind the Q&A site knows what an 404 HTTP error code is or means?
Or do you like to tell me, that a new site in 2020 is a acceptable piece of software, when it is not capable of checking links by itself?

It is a in broader terms a content management system. And checking links is a mandatory feature. Much more a modern CMS should not allow to delete or remove content from behind of the main UI.

I know what 404 error means, but I did not know what link you speak about

A screenshot which show where the link is could help - which is what the other person who reported this issue did. You need to remember that we cannot read minds and all the information we have is what you explicitly provide. Other than this information we can only guess

You reported an issue with a link without clarify where the link is

Personally I never use this link and I did not know about this issue until people started to report it :-)
