Credential Transfer from MEC to Learn

Hello,
I've been trying to migrate my achievements from MEC to learn for 2 two weeks now but I am still not able to successfully do it.
I followed the steps of creating the same login credentials but until now I am not seeing my achievements from MEC in learn. Please help me fix this problem.

Thank you

Microsoft has clearly announced that all achievements will be available for a year, you can transfer them during this period, the cause of the problem may be a new updates on the site

I clicked on the Explore Learn tab as per the instructions from MCE, but nothing indicated that the accounts were linked. I put in a ticket to find out if they were connected, and they were, however, I also have not seen a transfer. The response indicated that it might not occur until the official transfer, but it might be a good idea to save your MCE transcript just in case. Would love to know if others are seeing badges transferred already.

I had to contact customer support, below is the response I got...I think they may have done something behind the scenes because when I did those steps originally they didn't work - it
wasn't until after I contacted support that they actually worked...

From Cust. Support:
There was a change made to the way you redeem codes for the Microsoft Educator Center (MEC). To redeem your code you will need to do the following;
1. go to your profile in the Microsoft Learn Educator Center (MLEC).
2. Click on the icon that looks like a Game Piece, it may also have your picture or initials, and go to your profile.
3. Click on Achievements down left side of the screen.
4. Click on the link that says "Redeem your code now."
5. Put the code in and it should award the Achievement.

The same as you, I did all the steps indicated to transfer my badges from MEC to learn; but still the badges does not show up in my learn transcript.
Well it said that if you get a badge in Microsoft learn, and it showed in your MEC transcript, that means the transfer between your accounts is done successfully. As for the badges, they will show up in learn after the MEC is shut down.

Je pense que tous les badges et certificats sont automatiquement converties. Il vous suffit de vous connecter avec le même email
