Problem for upgrading computer

This PC will not run Windows 11
Your PC does not meet the necessary requirements.
It shows processor does not support minimum reqmnt. My pc having i5 processor 4590 CPU @3.30GHz
Why is showing this?

You have posted your question on Feedback forum which is for feedbacks related to Microsoft Q&A website only.
In case you have any feedback for Windows 11, then you may use the Feedback Hub app inside Windows 10 and Windows 11 and share your feedback.

It has been announced that Windows 11 will be able to be deployed in the future with relaxed spec requirements.
It would be better to wait for that.
