    Hi @Aliaa Mamdouh

For better analysis, could you please share us with more details?

    • What are dragged and dropped from Outlook to OneDrive? Files or something else?
    • Are you referring to new emails on Outlook desktop client, and local OneDrive folder? Or others?

If so, please try to drag files from other folders to Outlook emails, this action will help us determine if this is an issue with Outlook.

Besides, it's recommended to refer to the similar thread 'Drag and drop file from windows explorer to outlook email not working'.

If the thread does not work, it's best post a new thread with 'Outlook' tag on Q&A forum ~

As the tag of 'OneDrive Management' focuses more on syncing issues of OneDrive. Thanks for your understanding.

    • Do you have multiple monitors connected?

If yes, I suggest you move the Outlook application and OneDrive folder to your Primary Monitor to have a check.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

@Emily Hua-MSFT I believe another user I know is having the same problem. They are trying to click and drag individual emails from their Outlook desktop app into SharePoint on the web/through a browser; while the email does copy to SharePoint (as an MSG file), it gets moved to the deleted items folder in their Outlook.

In my own tests of this, I've found the following:

    • The email will be copied to SharePoint online (rather than moved/deleted) if you hold the Ctrl key while you do so.
    • The email will be copied to SharePoint desktop by just clicking and dragging the email to the desired folder, no need to hold Ctrl down.
    • When tested with OneDrive on desktop and the web, I found the results the same as SharePoint for their respective platforms.

These are fine as workarounds, but my user wants to know if there's a setting in Outlook or OneDrive that would be causing this. As they recount it, they used to be able to click and drag the emails to SharePoint without having to hold Ctrl or use the desktop version of SharePoint. Any help would be appreciated.
