Unknown Source apk automatically uninstalling on Fully-Managed Android Enterprise

Hello,

I have been having an issue with getting an unknown source apk file to stay on my device. I have a restriction policy to allow "unknown source apps" however after installing the app will be removed from the device with a message saying, "Deleted by your admin."

I have looked into this and unfortunately this app cannot be published in the managed play store as it is not developed internally.

    For this issue, did you both configure "Allow installation from unknown sources" and "Allow access to all apps in Google Play store" settings to "Allow". Please try and check if it works.
