I am having problems with activating my account in Office package in Mac desktop

Hello,

I am invited by my company account to use the office package through their license, but when I try to log in, it says that the email is wrong. When I try to create an account it says this email already exists. I have tried several ways, but it's just not working.

Even when raising a complaint, it asks me to log in and keeps saying: that either the email address is wrong or I should contact admin.

Please can someone assist me ASAP, as I need to access the office package at the earliest possible.

    I suggest you verify your company Account has an Office license firstly.

    • Please sign into this Account at Office.com/signin.
    • Then check whether there is 'Install apps' in the upper right corner of the page. If not, you need to contact your company admin, the admin should assign the license to your account. If yes, it's recommended to download and install it to have a check.

    • For further confirmation, you may click 'Other install options' > Subscriptions, to check which subscriptions licenses you have.
