Every time I launch Office 365, it prompts me to activate.
Is there any other error message after you sign your licensed account in Office for Mac? If so, please take a screenshot and share it with us.
- I suggest you sign out your account from Office for Mac, close and quit all Office apps.
- Go to
Spotlight > Keychain Access
, search for Office, right click to delete. - Then restarting Office, sign your licensed account back to your Office apps.
If the steps above do not work, I suggest you download the license removal tool and use it to activate Office.
