How to fix SharePoint designer Email trigger From address as Site name

We are triggering an email from SharePoint Designer, and the earlier site name used to be reflecting at From: address; however, it is reflecting SharePoint Online now.

How to reset back to site name by removing SharePoint online in From address. Please help.

    I have tested the email trigger with SharePoint Designer 2013, the same result as yours.

    It may be caused by SharePoint development team changes the From address setting. From users' perspective, we cannot change the From address setting.

    I suggest you open a service request with Microsoft to get more detailed information.
