The file was shared for online and offline comment using #trackchange or comment box. After all comments and trackchange removed; the blank boxes or comment balloons created but it does not shaw the shap unless the mouse hovered above the text; anyway, some can be assumed because the abnormal space created. Please find the screenshot for reference.

To fix this, I could not find the better way to delete them automatically. Instead, it was done mannually but took a lot of time. Thank you for any support to solve this issue in the quickest way.

In Word for Windows, you can remove all comments at once via the Review tab. Is that not working or is there something else that doesn't work as expected? Are you able to share a sample document which illustrates the issue?

    Hi @Ratha Norng

If possible, can you share some screenshot examples? (If there is important information, it needs to be covered.)

Are the Office versions used by the shared people the same? Such as Microsoft 365 Apps.

Could you please tell us how did you remove all comments and track changes?

If you click "No Markup" in Tracking group and "Delete" in Comments group, will these boxes exist?
