Room Finder in Outlook OWA & 365 app not showing all rooms

Hi,

I have a number of meetings rooms in different cities not showing in Room Finder. I found the below link, created a room list and added existing rooms to those room lists, but only rooms in London are showing.

It's been over 24 hours and rooms for Lisbon, Raleigh and Toronto are not showing up at all.

Any suggestions?

Can other users in your organization see all rooms?

Based on my research, i found the below information:
