I havent been able to login to our Windows 365 admin portal for many months, I do not get a notification via Microsoft Authenticator. How can I get this resolved?

Hello,

However I try to login to the Windows 365 admin portal it always defaukts back to requiring a code from MS Authenticator. Nothing comes up in Authenticator when the portal asks me to enter the code.

Incredibly frustrating as I can't make changes to the cloud service and I am still being billed. Can't cancel the service for the same reaason.

Any help greatly appreciated, thank you.

@Fergus Brooks, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems the Authenticator app not receiving the notification. Please check on the device side to see if the notification of Microsoft Authentication is opened.

However, if is already opened but can't receive code, please ask admin to open case to involve Microsoft Authenticator support to look into the issue:
