Domain Join Failure

Question

Everything worked well last month. Only this month some computers failed to join domain and install applications.

We are using a service account to join domain. Below error appears when I verify the service account, but I can make sure the account and the password is right. What should I do to make it work again?

Configuration manager cannot connect to the AD container you specified.

Error code:0x8007052E

Error details: The user name or password is incorrect.

1,Please help check the smsts.log and Netsetup.log to see if there is any further information about the service accout used to join domain.

2,Do you change anything of the service account, for example change password? If yes, please enter the password again in the Task Sequence in all of the Steps that contains the credentials of this user to have a try.

3,You can also create a new identical task sequence to have a try.
