How can i access my account @xxx.onmicrosoft.com without Microsoft Authenticator?

Hallo everyone,

So i cannot access my account @xxx.onmicrosoft.com . I changed my phone but forgot to backup my Microsoft Authenticator settings, in fact i thought it bounds to my account, i dont know that there is a certain setting that i have to first enable.

I want to reclaim my account. I cannot raise a ticket, because i have to login through my @xxx.onmicrosoft.com account. I still have access from my @outlook.com, which is my billing account. I tried to call help center, but it goes round and round until the answer maschine just suggest me to raise ticket through my admin account. Such a waste of time. Could any one help?

If it’s any comfort, I am in the same predicament as you, too. I didn’t know it wasn’t bound to a login. I’ve exhausted all my options and am hitting struggle street right now.

Microsoft should really consider using billing account as recovery account or any secure way. My billing keeps going and i cannot use any service that i paid for.

Can anyone really help with concrete solution? The subscription bill keeps coming up, i dont know how to stop it
