If you've never set up the Authenticator app and you're requesting it, there are other ways to verify your identity and regain access to your account. Here's what you can do:
- Try changing how you do additional verification. Going to your Outlook account configuration. Navigating to Security info and deleting the previous method of authentication. Then Adding a new method of Microsoft Authentication.
- If you don’t have access to the verification methods listed, choose the “I don’t have any of these” option. You’ll be guided through steps to verify your identity using other information linked to your account.
- Contact your organization administrator to check how your account is verified.
