I am trying to login with my school ID, but it says I need to enter code from Authenticator app. However even I have Authenticator app, I did not get any code in my app.

I am in out of country now, so I even can not verify my identity with my phone number.

The only way that I can use my school account is use outlook app, because it is already login.

How Iogin to my school ID?

Is there any way that I can verify my identity with my school outlook mail?

    Hi @Yeji Heo

If you don't have your school account set as password-less, then the code you would need to enter is the 6-digit TOTP code on the account page. If your school account isn't listed, then you'll need to reach out to the account administrator. See Work or school account help - Microsoft Support for more details.

I just had this problem. You need to contact your schools IT department to reset you Multi Factor Authentification (MFA) method. They will most likely provide you with a link to reset your remote access. It worked for me and now I receive the prompt to enter the codes.
