How to report a bug in the Microsoft Store? This is not an app issue.

This bug seems to target one app but may effect other apps. I need a way of reporting this to the tech team responsible for the Store development. I have conclusive proof that this is a Store issue, not an app issue.

    Here are three ways to report problem.

    1. If you have a workspace in the Partner Center, please click the question mark icon(?) in the upper right corner of the Partner Center, then select Contact Support.
    2. If you want to submit a ticket by email, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
    3. If this bug has little impact on your business, it is recommended to submit this problem in the feedback hub. Please select Microsoft Store as the category when you submit your request. the related team will check the feedback.
