Help moving SharePoint list items into folder if the project number matches?

Hello All,

I am hoping someone may have experience in a similar topic and would be willing to share some advice.

I have set up a SharePoint site with a list that is intended to hold monthly update forms submitted by project owners to track project updates in our department. The SharePoint list I have created is linked to a Power App form that the end user can fill out, submit, and the data is input into the SharePoint list. Each project is given a unique project number as an identifier on the list. I am currently trying to figure out a way to create a Power Automate flow that will enable anytime a new list item is created, the item will automatically move into a folder in the same list that shares the same project number. I have looked at just simple grouping to create a folder like effect but unfortunately it is important that we can keep all of the column data showing when the items are grouped by number and it appears that this isn't possible with grouping. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas that may work, I am open to trying methods outside of folder organization as well. Photo is attached for reference. Thank you!

    Based on your description, it has more to do with Power Automate. Power Automate is currently not supported in the Q&A forum. As a SharePoint engineer, I am not very proficient on Power Automate. Based on the information you provided, I can't give an effective solution, I'm sorry. To save you time and get things resolved faster, I suggest you start a new discussion via the Power Automate Community.
