    Hi @Glenn Maxwell

Please create a new Outlook profile as prompted in Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add. Only configure with your Exchange account. Then set to prompt for a profile when start Outlook.

Open this new profile in Outlook, then go to 'File' > 'Account Settings' > Select the account and click 'Change', On the Server Settings tab please untick "Use Cached Exchange Mode". Exit and restart Outlook to have a check. capture98

    Hi Glenn,

From my experience, as well as that mentioned above, the key thing for me is to ensure you haver a locally cached copy of the Global Address List (check C:\Users,username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books<guid> for example)

    Hope that helps.

    Jamie
