Office Online Server preview panel not working for a single SharePoint 2019 On Premise Document Library

I have a rather large SharePoint 2019 On Premise farm. We recently migrated a site from SP2013 -> Sp2016 -> SP219. On the newly migrated site, everything looks fins with the exception of one large document library. OOS will not show a preview pane - The Document Library (~4,000 documents, one custom content type and ~100 columns) edit/preview pane looks like a list as opposed to a library. The Document Library used OWA on 2013 and that worked just fine. I exported the Library as a template with no data and installed it in my sandbox and preview does not work there as well. Documents still open fine in the browser - Just no preview. I have removed custom views, content type, etc. Also, I am unable to delete any columns from the Library - There is no Delete Button (My not be related to the issue).

    Hi @Mindset ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things. So, Please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

    • Ensure that your OOS farm is correctly configured and operational. Verify that the OOS servers are up and running.
    • Confirm that the OOS farm is properly bound to your SharePoint farm.
    • Test the OOS preview in different browsers to see if the issue persists across all of them.
    • Examine the SharePoint logs and OOS logs for any relevant error messages.
    • Ensure that your OOS farm is running the latest updates and patches.
    • Is there no delete button for all columns?

Hope the information can help you. And if there have any unclear or misunderstanding, please feel free to post back and we’ll continue to help you all the time!

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated! Hope you have a good day and keep safe!

We are having the exact same issue. Has there been an update or resolution for this issue?
