Is it possible to have a floating panel on top of main window?

I see that creating a another window in UWP is extremely difficult. Is it possible to let a panel or something floating like a tool window on top of main window?

    It is possible to use floating windows, but it is difficult to achieve the desired effect. According to these two documents,

    I tried it. After using AppWindow, the floating window cannot change the minimum height, and the effect is very bad. Using ApplicationView, since it is in a separate thread, it is difficult to interact with the Main window.

    If you need a top toolbar, I recommend you take a look at the custom title bar.
