Hello everyone,

I hope someone can give me a tip. We have Office 2021 Professional on the computer and we have SharePoint 2013.

There is the function "From File" and then "From SharePoint Folder".

So now it's getting funny.

Site 1 Site 2
Site 1 - Default Language English Site 2 - Default Language German
Default Language English Default Language German Cell 4
= SharePoint.Files("https://xxx.com/sites/RA_Testroom", [ApiVersion = 14]) = SharePoint.Files("https://xxx.com/sites/RA-Testraum", [ApiVersion = 14])

One idea was that it was

SharePoint - Site 1SharePoint - Site 2ue to the website collection features or the website features. But these are the same for the pages. I don't recognise any difference. Is there anything else to set in a deeper place? Or what can the system admin influence when creating the pages? Any advice and of course the solution are very welcome.

Update: I just added a library for testing and now it doesn't work either.

Thanks for any help.

Ramaka.

Hi @Ramaka ,This situation is very strange and I cannot reproduce it. But don't worry, let's do some troubleshooting to narrow down the problem:

    1. Whether the Site itself can work normally.
    2. What is the difference between these two sites? What's the difference?
    3. Create sites with the same settings as these two sites, and then try to see the results.

Please feel free to let us know the results.

    Hi @Ramaka ,

It seems to be caused by language differences. You said you don't know what you did, and the English site doesn't work anymore. The suggestion I can give is to create a new site in English and migrate the problematic site content to the new site.

You can check the log to see if there is any other information available.

The permissions of the forum are too low and what can be done is limited. Moreover, SharePoint server 2013 is more than 10 years old and does not support upgrading to a higher support level. So I can only give some suggestions.

In addition, because Microsoft no longer provides any updates for SharePoint server 2013, for the security and stability of your business, it is recommended that you upgrade. Two options are available:

    1. Upgrade to SharePoint server 2019, which is the latest version of SharePoint Server and has a modern experience.
    2. Migrate to SharePoint in Microsoft 365, cloud sharing, and can be easily used in conjunction with products in Microsoft 365.
