Hi,

I have a problem with the installation of this KB4486694, it says that "the update is already installed on this system" but when I run the PSCONFIG or the Wizard and error comes out that the installation is missing and others.

I also ran Get-SPProduct -Local and I get the following result:

I appreciate the help, I have already checked events, logs and no related errors.

    • Ensure that your system has the correct version of the .NET Framework. SharePoint 2013 requires .NET Framework 4.5.
    • If you have a higher version (such as .NET Framework 4.6, 4.6.1, or 4.6.2), it might cause compatibility issues during installation.
