I can't login to my college account with the Microsoft authenticator it ask for code?

I am deleted the college account in Microsoft authenticator app but again i am login to that account it asks code but i can't access the code in the Microsoft authenticator app even if I login in the Outlook mail it shows to enter the code but i can't get the code from Microsoft authenticator app
So I kindly request you to send the solution for my problem
