What happens if i lose my phone is there like a backup code i can save?

I get anxious thinking what happens if my phone got lost and how i log in if my authenticator is locked, so is there like a backup code or something?

For both Android and iOS, Authenticator App can safely backup your codes to iCloud or Google Cloud backup. You can configure it in Settings from Authenticator App.
