Hello everyone,

unfortunately synchronization is no longer possible. Setting up the new user profiles and setting up the new work folder on the server was not successful. Synchronization is currently no longer possible. The problem occurs with both PCs where the user works with. Can someone help?

It also does not work if the on-demand synchronization is switched off (I could not synchronize).
Even after setting up the server again (I just wasted my time).
No matter which setting I made on the client or server (I just wasted my time again).
I could only syncronize again after uninstalling KB 4592438.

How can such a mistake not be noticed at Microsoft? Before an update comes out?
    I'm really angry.

The problem is always caused by the update.
Since the update has a lot of errors (see Internet) it cannot be used.

I was hoping patches that came out on 1/12/21 would have resolved this issue, they didnt. Does anyone have an answer from Microsoft on this as of yet. Not sure how something this big can make it past testing.

MS is working on a private fix, no timeline available.

Microsoft has a super fast transparent support for a homemade problem. lol
But well, "cloud first" and "on premise" there isn't much left .....
It's time for an alternative ...
