I'm the admin for my company, and my phone was lost with the authenticator. I can login on Microsoft and Live, but not MicrosoftOnline to manage our 365 services. When I installed Microsoft Authenticator on my new phone I was able to login to my account just fine. But logging into admin only gives me two options. Selecting to approve a request to the app doesn't initiate a notification on my phone. Selecting to use a verification code asks me for a 6-digit code and my phone supplies an 8-digit code. Any advice?
