I have a user with the exact same error occurring.
- AzureAD user with M365 exchange
- Win10 20H2 (19042.928)
- Outlook Click-to-run (v2008 build 13127.21506)
- User can send and receive emails
- User can reply to emails
- Some emails can be forwarded, some not.
- Those emails that fail to forward return the error below.
- About to test issue on web client but believe it will work based on seeing this for another user a few months back.
- Will rebuild laptop to rule out issues with profile and outlook client.
- As this is occurring across multiple customers I think Microsoft should review further.
