Widow Update won't install.

I can't install the following update, 2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951). Is it necessary to update it? if not how can stop it from bothering me or my pc?

    Sometimes Windows update can get corrupted. I have had to reset it as follows:

    1. Open a command prompt with Administrator privileges
    2. Run the following to stop Windows Update services:

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    1. Open File Explorer and go to c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
    2. Delete the contents in the c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder
    3. Back in the command prompt start all the services again:

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    Try to uninstall the last successful update before this issue and then try again to install the latest updates
