Because of the March windows update problem 2021 crashing computers when trying to print. l am in the middle of repairing 25 PC's. I removed kb:5000802 without a problem but can not remove kb:5000808. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Now you could install March 15, 2021—KB5001567, which address the issue that might cause a blue screen when you attempt to print to certain printers using some apps.

That’s normal, because we can only uninstall one of KB5000802 and KB5000808.
KB5000808 is apparently for 1909, whereas KB5000802 is for 20H2. If your Windows 10 version is 20H2, you will only get KB5000802 from Windows update, then you could only uninstall it, KB5000808 doesn’t exist on your machine so you couldn’t uninstall.
    That’s all.
You current behavior has been perfectly right, just wait for Microsoft’s follow-up update.
