CU updates on server 2012 r2 help

Question

Hi Guys, I have couple of servers that are not taking any of the rollsups at all, every other update install correctly but the monthly ones fail, as far back as i can go its been like this, I have checked the updates through PS (Get-Hotfix) and went through them 1 by 1 lol and could not see any in there. Is there something i'm missing or should be doing as im at a loss. Cheers for taken the time to read this and if i'm posting in the wrong place pease let me know. Cheers

sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

otherwise you'll need to check the \windowsudate.log, \cbs.log files for clues. Debugging windows is beyond scope of forums support so if further assistance wer needed you can start a case here with product support.
