I try to download the Alienware command center and it says that I have an error. This problem has persisted for some time now. I couldn't redownload the command center after deleted it because it wasn't working. I need help with this and soon. My keyboard and mouse have colors I don't like and I can't figure out how much charge my mouse has. I have a G 5 Desktop from dell.

Ok, thanks. The problem is that when I try to go to my owned products. It doesn't show up there. When I sign out of my account, it does show, why is this?

Are there any other accounts on the device?
In my case, one account had the application installed. When I logged into that account and uninstalled, then logged into the other account, I was then able to download and install the app that had previously been blocked by the 0x80073CFB error.
Previously I had tried all the other troubleshooting steps on all those other top hit sites that just seem to be an ad for some cleanup software.
This article seems to more accurately describe the problem as it related to how I solved it... it just may be installed under a different account and you need to login to that/those accounts to uninstall before another account can reinstall.
