Authenticator problems

Question

I bought a new phone and wrongly I cancelled all the profiles saved on the authenticator and lost also the backup.what can I do to recover everything? I have many problems with Facebook and they I'm waiting their support from last saturday.is there any chance to recover what I lost formatting the old phone?

If the backup
