No Office365 Updates showing since February - SCCM

have recently taken over an SCCM deployment which has System Centre and WSUS all installed on the same server and have been notified that Office365 updates are missing that would ususally be deployed monthly. The last update present dates back to Feb.. see image

I have checked in WSUS and have found an update I would expect should be present in the config manager console and have also run a recent sync.

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=af6890b9-7202-4bb1-8c0f-77e581e707a0#Overview

The update is unapproved, not superceeded and the release date in the 9th August. I would expect to find this in the SCCM console ready for deployment.

The software update point properties classification tab has all options selected. If i look at All software updates i can see it is pulling down other updates regularly so it seems to be working in general.. I hope I'm not missing something glaringly obvious but unfortunately the person who set htis up is no longer with the business. My only other thought is that a wsus cleanup has had some influence although I would only expect that to affect supceeded updates..

Does anyone have any experience of this issue?

    Hi,

    Updates are now working. I investigated down the network side of things in case there was a FW policy blocking the manifest URL somehow but this was quickly ruled out as a cause.

    I decided to uncheck the M365 Apps from the SUP Products tab, run a sync, then recheck the product and sync again. After this all the missing updates came through.

    @Gareth Roberts
    Thanks for your response.

    Here is an update of the case and I want to share with you. I found that the MECM server want to browse to http://officecdn.microsoft.com site to download the important manifest files. Please help to confirm whether there are some firewall or group policies to prevent the MECM server to request for files from http://officecdn.microsoft.com site.

    Here is the screenshot for you:

    In addition, I noticed that I could download the manifest files on my computer. There must be something wrong and try to prevent the MECM server from getting the manifest files. The manifest files is related with authentication. So the SUP will skip the Office 365 updates.
