I enabled MFA on entire tenant in Azure AD (including the only user which is global admin), I used App as second factor. Prior doing this I also changed alternate email on that user (though It could be my recovery / additional email). Now when I try to login to azure portal it prompt with MFA, but it points to that alternate email. I have access to the phone associated with that account, hence I can access to places like https://myaccount.microsoft.com/, but I can't access to Azure Portal.
I don't have any support plan, I have only sub under this tenant - MSDN. What are my options? Can someone from support reset / disable MFA. Again, I have phone, emails (both, including alternate email) access..
