For about two years I have been using my windows 2019 server to connect to a shared printer on a windows 10 machine (There is an app that only runs on server that I need to print labels from) but for about two weeks I can no longer connect to this specific printer and I get an error that windows cannot connect to it but other devices/workstations can connect to the printer just fine. I also have 3 other shared printers and they are working just fine. Other printers connect to the server as you can see below it is just this one for some reason.
I have read some people giving solutions one of them involves deleting the contents of this folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 but this folder seems to contain drivers for my other shared printers so I was hesitant to do that before I asked the question.
I have updated the server, and the windows 10 machines rebooted both I did not see anything in the firewall that would prevent this. Does anyone have any suggestions, please...

I have the exact same issue with a shared HP M551 Printer. It just started happening last week. I deleted the "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3" folder but that didn't help. I have a Windows 10 pc that I share the printer to another windows 10 pc. it worked fine until last week.

I tried to connect those printers with Ethernet instead of workstations, and it looks good now.
