My main account is banned from using msdn forum plz help

Question

Every time, I use my main account whose profile is
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/kuokuo%E9%83%AD/

to log into https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home

I get the message

"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

I have not posted anything for 2 years. And I think i was banned because I didn't know how to use the forum properly. Please life my ban. admitted my mistake and repented and started anew please give me another chance
I don't now how to contact support. So I posted here plz help

Yes, the reportbug forum is still open to support the technet wiki account verifications.

Yes, I'd agree this account was banned.

simplest solution may be to create a new one and move on.

When I click on the Ask Question button it directs me to learn.microsoft.com here.
