I upgraded to Windows 11 and now I have this constant Ghost Screen on my laptop display. If I hover over it, is shows a processing blue circle that never stops. I have no idea what it is and it never goes away. Any screen area under it can not be accessed. Very annoying.
Any ideas?

David Hayrapetyan 1 Reputation point2022-04-02T07:47:32.263+00:00 You need to turn off a couple of taskbar animations ( Advanced System Settings -> Advanced -> Performance -> Setting ). I can't remember what animation exactly, but you can change in turn and find out which one is responsible for that effect.
