Can't create VM

I am not able to create windows VM in Azure.

Tried multiple times.

    Yes, clicked on Create button and it shows progressing. Same page. Already sent screenshot.

    If you see in screenshot. Create button is disabled. Its already clicked.

    Might try deleting the resources and create a new one.

    No resource/VM created to delete. Not sure what's the issue. Tried logout and log back to Azure and tried to create VM but still same.
