I have an iPhone that previously had a Authenticator cloud back up, I logged into the Authenticator app after erasing the phone and restoring the back up, it will allow me to log into the Authenticator app but it does not display any of my prior cloud saved info. When I check settings it says there is a back up in the cloud. When I login it says there is a problem and to send a log to support. I have sent the log to Support, however I only see support that takes me here which seems more like the forum if I’m incorrect please let me know.
I have stopped trying to do things on the Authenticator app till I figure out what I should do so I don’t override the back up. Can I delete the app and reinstall it, should I try from a different device?
