ADF resource move to another subscription causing errors
We were trying to move resources in a resource group from one subscription to another. All resources moved successfully except the data factory instance and got the following error? What could be the reason for this? Error code - 409

Move resources between Azure resource groups failed and now I can't start any VMs in the target or source groups
