A crossroad ahead?

I've just started walking down a brand new path, learning architecture and design patterns. I've attended the first part of four in a series of courses which lead to a certification of .NET Application Architecture. This course has been developed by the swedish Regional Directors "Sundblad & Sundblad" (https://www.2xSundblad.com) and they are highly recommended. Now I have to convince my manager to let me continue the walk ahead!
