“The Blog From Atlanta” is not the title of a new scary movie, but the title of my first post since arriving in Atlanta (others are blogging this too). I'm here to make my debut attendance at the Microsoft MGB event.

Am writing this from one of the 800+ networked machines set up at the huge Georgia World Congress Centre. This place is enormous - 3.9 million square feet. There is wlan set up, so will bring my laptop tomorrow.

Since today is registration day and I have caught up with my mail, I'm off to get job priority # 1 done: to find and obtain (by almost any means necessary) a Spiderman suit for my 3 year-old son.
