Australian e-Government Services equally challenged as the Big Banks

My colleague Nils van Boxsel (who unfortunately does not yet blog – so I can’t do a track back to him) sent me this great link to today’s Australian IT article regarding online government services - that describes a similar challenge to my last post on “Large Enterprise Fail online Mission”.
