Introducing: the Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency

It's been a long time coming, but the wait is almost over! I'm incredibly proud to announce a HUGE piece of news for our Dynamics CRM Online partners.

As promised at the 2014 Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC), the new Cloud Customer Relationship Management cloud performance competency is edging ever closer to launch. Scheduled to land in the first quarter of calendar year 2015, this competency joins the three cloud performance competencies previously released in September. As with those which proceeded it, the Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency is designed to accelerate your cloud development and reward you for your cloud success - providing; no cost Silver membership, reduced Gold fee, performance based requirements, unlimited Signature Cloud Support, guaranteed dedicated Microsoft contact at gold, increased internal use rights entitlements, exclusive logo access, incentive eligibility and much more (phew!).

Read more about the competency (including full requirements and incremental benefits) and prepare for your enrolment by visiting the Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency page. Stay tuned to this blog to hear the latest as it’s announced (Hint: subscribe for updates on the right menubar).
