bluetooth ATMs?

 I was reading this:

https://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,60677,00.html

And in particular noticed this:

“Among the useful products on display was speech technology for
ATMs that allows visually disabled or computer-nervous users to interact with automatic
tellers by listening to a description of the onscreen options through a pair of headphones.”

And I thought to myself, what they *really* need is an ATM machine that broadcasts
on Bluetooth.  Drive up to the ATM (I guess if you’re blind, you’re
actually probably walking up), slip on those Bluetooth remote headsets that are so
popular these days, and have a good old conversation with the ATM!  Wouldn’t
that be cool?

(security concerns aside, of course; you’re potentially broadcasting sensitive
financial information on the airwaves.)
