International attention for the WDK.

It looks like most of this blog is not in English so it's difficult for me to evaluate its value.  However, it's really cool to see a blog from China talking up the WDK.  Actually, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence from our work with beta and TAP sites that interest in the WDK is much higher outside of the US.
