You asked for it and you got it!   As of March 26, 2012, the tools in Professional Services Tools Library (PSTL) are available to Partners at no additional cost.  Use these links below to read more about this exciting news:

DOCUMENTATION:

To read more about installing, making a shortcut, and using each of the tools available in PSTL, you can go to the documentation folder on your Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 or GP 2010 install, and read the ProfServicesToolsLibrary.pdf that is available.  (The default location is:  C:\\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Documentation)  PSTL requires that the user be logged in as the 'sa' user.
