SharePoint - Remove 'Getting Started' link from Site Actions Menu

Often while working with custom actions, the site actions menu can get crowded and sharepoint tends to add scrollbar to it. This doesn't look very appealing.

 

You can remove this link by deactivating the Site level feature- 'Getting Started'.
