Announced: Windows XP Starter Edition in Hindi

The fifth Starter Edition language was announced the other day - Hindi. Details are at https://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2004/sep04/09-29WinXPStarterIndiaPR.asp.

It's a logical choice - the Starter Edition concept fills a void, and there's already a freely downloadable Hindi LIP so much of the work towards building a Hindi Starter Edition has already been done.
