Windows Phone 7 and XNA Webcast
Most of the developer news regarding Windows Phone 7 has been focused on Silverlight, which is logical given the incredible potential of the legions of Silverlight developers out there to build great mobile experiences, but that’s not the only game in town when it comes to developing for Windows Phone 7. XNA will get a bit of coverage in a webcast next week sponsored by the AT&T Developer Program.
This webcast is designed to provide a developer overview of how to build games for Windows Phone 7 with Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4. Learn about the developer tools, the XNA Framework, and the resources available to build interactive, compelling, games with Windows Phone 7.
Date: Thursday, July 15th, 1 – 2 p.m. (ET)
Presenter: Rob Cameron, Industry Architect, Microsoft
Pssst… they’re giving away an AT&T Smartphone too (note, they didn’t say Windows Phone 7, but they didn’t not say it!)
